The &#8216;state of the art&#8217; also includes regular accountability for the type of cooperation in the committees that are central to the company&#8217;s success. This is not about personal sensitivities, but rather the question of whether the type of cooperation helps to better achieve the company&#8217;s goal. Since the founding of the institute, we have accompanied board committees and managements of companies in the conception and implementation of retreats.
