We accompany and advise entrepreneurial families in the process of succession and handing over a company to the responsibility of the next generation. The focus of our family support lies in the question of whether it is really right for a daughter or son, but also for the parents and the company, when the company is handed over to the next generation within the family. Whether a handover is successful, not only in its technical aspects, depends above all on personal prerequisites: Can the children of an entrepreneurial family actually make the parents’ project their own in such a way that they will be satisfied and happy with it in their lives?

The focus of such a process, which can be short and intensive but can also extend over a longer period of time, is usually both the individual counselling of each of the family members affected by the process, and the work with the whole group, as a family.
